DISCOVERY OF EXERCISES
In 1987 I was vacationing with my family. We pulled in to a beautiful camping area in hopes of enjoying the scenery and wildlife. I was expecting the trip to be memorable, little did I know that it was going to change the course of my life. On the first morning that we awoke I noticed the gentleman neighboring our camp site was exercising. I didn't give it much thought at that time and went about my business with my family. Later that evening I noticed the gentleman exercising again. This peaked my interest and I went over and struck up a conversation with him. I learned in talking with him that he was in his late 60's! I was shocked because the man was in very good shape and didn't look a day over 40.

The next morning again he was exercising. I simply had to know if the exercises had anything to do with his remarkable appearence given his age. He began to tell my about the body's energy sources and that when you stimulate them you can actually slow and even reverse the effects that time and stress have the body.

When I returned home I began researching about these energy sources and how to stimulate them. It has taken me 15 years to compile this information and make it available to the public.
